Robert Case, P.E.
Vice President
Mr Robert Case is a graduate of University of Central Florida and established LIS in 1993. He is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Florida. Bob specializes in civil and structural design for retail centers and multi-acre development projects, and land development permitting in the State of Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, Virginia, Nebraska, New Mexico West Virginia, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia.
Clark Stilwell
President / Managing Director - Director of Mechanical,/Electrical/Plumbing Engineering Services
Clark Holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Technology from the University of Central Florida and is the Managing Director of the Central Florida office. He is Director of Engineering at LIS, and has over 33 years managing projects in the retail and food service sectors for national brand clients. His experience includes managing expansion and re-branding programs for national retail clients like Dollar General, Family Dollar and The Pantry, Inc. and food service clients such as Darden Restaurants, Applebee's Neighborhood Grille, Dunkin Donuts and KFC.
Carlos Sobrin
Vice President – Director of Architectural and Interior Design Services
Carlos earned a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the University of Miami and is the Director of Architecture and Interior Design at LIS. He has extensive experience in project development for multi-unit national corporations. His 20 plus years of experience includes numerous projects for Family Dollar Stores, Kangaroo Express and Bennett Auto Supply. His food service clients include Yum Brands, Stonewood Tavern and Grill, Dunkin Donuts, Subway, Arby’s and Cuba Libre restaurants.
H. Daniel Hutter III, R.A.
Vice President – Qualifying Architect
Dan earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture Degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. With his over 35 years of experience and as the Qualifying Architect for the firm, Dan's responsibilities cover the quality control of the construction documents and overseeing there production.
He has extensive experience in Retail, Restaurant and Hospitality projects. Dan's career started working with McDonald's to develop several new prototypes. He spent time at Marriott Corp working in their restaurant division. Dan also worked for a national retailer, McCrory Stores. He also worked with Barnes and Noble on multiple flagship stores in Florida. and helped AmSouth Bank develop over 250 bank locations. With his years of experience, he had the opportunity to work on a multitude of various building types. From the Orlando International Airport Airside 2 Terminal to Continuing Care Retirement Communities. From the design of the Orlando Grand Bohemian Hotel to the twin 15 story towers of the San Marcos Resort and Convention Center.
Dan is currently registered in over 22 states and is NCARB certified (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards).
Justin Chamberlin
Program Manager
Justin earned an associate of Architecture and Associate of Construction from Seminole State Collage. He has 14 years experience in Design and Management of multiple national accounts such as Publix, Dunkin Donuts, Crispers, KFC and Krystal's.
George Mella
Architectural Program Manager
George Mella graduated from the University of Florida in 2005 with a Bachelors of Design in Architecture. For the first decade after graduation he worked nationally with design-bid projects for the Department of Defense. Those projects spanned Marine Corp Barracks, Naval/Air Force Hangers, Child Development Centers, and Army Lodges. In addition, his private sector clients included Hoteliers, Banks, Entertainment Venues, Assisted Living and Age In Place facilities. Now as a member of the LIS family, his sole focus is on restaurants and utilizing his professional familiarity in both pragmatic and fantastic design to work towards a memorable dining experience.
