Vice President
Robert Case, a University of Central Florida graduate and licensed professional engineer, founded LIS in 1993. He specializes in civil and structural design for retail centers and multi-acre developments, managing permitting across Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, Virginia, Nebraska, New Mexico, West Virginia, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and D.C.

Clark, our President, Managing Director, and Director of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Engineering Services, is a University of Central Florida graduate with over 33 years of experience managing retail and food service projects for national brands.



Carlos Sobrin
Vice President & Director of Architectural & Interior Design Service
Carlos earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami and serves as our Vice President & Director of Architectural & Interior Design Services. With over 20 years of experience in commercial project development, he excels at transforming both challenging and routine projects into innovative, engaging designs.

H. Daniel Hutter III
Product Manager
Dan earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington and brings over 35 years of experience as our Qualifying Architect. He ensures the quality of our construction documents while applying insights from a broad range of retail, restaurant, and hospitality projects—from early prototype work to high-profile landmarks. Dan is registered in over 22 states and is NCARB certified.


Justin Chamberlin
Program Manager
Justin earned an Associate of Architecture and an Associate of Construction from Seminole State College. With over 15 years of experience in design and management for national accounts like Publix, Dunkin Donuts, Crispers, KFC, and Krystal's, he brings a keen eye and expertise to every project.

George Mella
Architectural Program Manager
George graduated from the University of Florida in 2005 with a Bachelor of Design in Architecture. For a decade, he led national design-bid projects for the Department of Defense—ranging from Marine Corps barracks and naval/air force hangars to child development centers and army lodges—and gained extensive private sector experience with hoteliers, banks, entertainment venues, and assisted living facilities. Now with LIS, he focuses exclusively on restaurant projects, blending pragmatic and creative design to craft memorable dining experience.
