At Land Investment Services, LLC (LIS), we believe great design is about more than just buildings—it’s about the people behind them. Since 1993, we’ve provided architectural and engineering services with a personal approach, ensuring each project receives the care and attention it deserves. Originally founded as Land Investment Services, Inc., LIS was created to offer comprehensive design and engineering solutions with a focus on strong client relationships. In 2009, we expanded our company with our Oviedo branch, strengthening our ability to serve commercial and residential clients nationwide.

Specializing in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural Engineering, as well as Construction Management and Permitting, we handle projects of all sizes—from local businesses to large-scale developments. With in-house digital production and permitting services, we ensure efficiency at every stage.

LIS is currently registered to operate in 26 states and the District of Colombia, covering much of the eastern U.S. and parts of the Midwest. For projects in states where we are not yet licensed, we collaborate with trusted local firms to ensure seamless service and compliance with regional regulations.
