FIRM HISTORY

LIS is a licensed and insured provider of Architecture and Engineering services all around the US.  Specializing in Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural), and Construction Management for both commercial and residential projects, LIS has been providing economically efficient engineering and related services in the Florida since 1993.

In 1993 LIS was originally created as Land Investment Services, Inc. The goal of the company was to provide comprehensive engineering services with more personal service than offered by the larger engineering firms. That goal has been achieved, and Land Investment Services has earned a strong reputation and has many returning local clients. In 2009 LIS opened its Oviedo Branch, created Land Investment Services, LLC architectural and engineering services, project development and construction management by Mr. Clark Stilwell and Carlos Sobrin.

LIS utilizes the latest computer software to produce digital files of all designs. The firm is technologically equipped to produce large format digital copies in large quantities in house. The firm provides permitting services to many commercial and residential clients including production builders.
