Our Story

At Land Investment Services, we believe great design is about more than just buildings — it's about the people behind them.

Since 1993, we've provided architectural and engineering services with a personal approach, ensuring each project receives the care and attention it deserves. Originally founded as Land Investment Services, Inc., LIS was created to offer comprehensive design and engineering solutions with a focus on strong client relationships.

In 2009, we expanded with our Oviedo branch, strengthening our ability to serve commercial and residential clients nationwide. With in-house digital production and permitting services, we ensure efficiency at every stage.
